General Commentary and Game Overview
Mr. Pence continues his quest to be the most notable fan character who technically isn't actually a fan character at all. Will he succeed, or will entropy swallow us all? Find out in the next episode of my Mr. Pence reviews.

Pros + Fun story and multiple story modes
+ Good soundtrack
+ Nice graphics
+ Decent level design

Cons - You get stuck on everything all the time

Impressions
Gameplay
8 / 10
The engine used is Ye Olde Clicke Teame Defaultte Platteforme Enginne. In this game, there are definitely enough things to get stuck on for it to be a menace, and I quite literally got stuck on a slope at one point and had to restart the game.

The level design is a bit more open-ended than in most Mr. Pence games. The different story modes offer different takes on the levels, and while they're not THAT different, it's still a nice feature.

The story is pretty fun, and the aforementioned story modes add to its charm.

The game also comes with a few extra bonuses, including a "sunset mode" that makes it unnecessarily hard, a "boss rush" where you rush the bosses, and some microgames, which are alright.

Graphics
8 / 10
Some of the graphics are a bit oddly stretched out, but for the most part, they're solid. The environments are particularly pretty.

Sound
8 / 10
The soundtrack is pretty good (especially the Sonic CD boss theme), the sound effects are also pretty good (especially the beta SM64 sounds used for Germino), and the pop culture references are pretty good too (especially... I dunno).

Final Words
8 / 10
This game definitely isn't in the LAST place when it comes to Mr. Pence games.
