MFGG Awards 2024 Nominations are open!

User Icon		 It's the moment you all have been waiting for! Ladies, gentlemen, and everyone else, I present to you...

MFGG Awards 2024!


MFGG Awards consists of two phases, the Nomination Phase, and the Voting Phase. In the Nomination Phase, you nominate a game or a community member for one of the multiple different categories. The five entries with the most nominations per category will move into the final voting, which will begin in a week. After the final voting ends, the staff will tally the votes and the winners will be announced.


Reminder in case you win, you will need a forum account to receive your award.


Don't be afraid to discuss which games to nominate with others if you're having trouble. You can also browse the mainsite and forums if you need a refresher on what MFGGers made in 2024.

User Icon		 As you probably realize by now, the MFGG mainsite has been a bit finicky in recent months. Some rogue bots have caused the site's performance to grind to a halt at times, and there have been a few issues with the mainsite update system. I hope that the recent changes I've made have fixed some of these problems.

Fun Fact: An old friend of mine passed her medical exam and has finally earned the right to practice medicine! This fact is probably not terribly interesting to you, even if this same person made a really random cameo in an update way back in April 2016. That probably isn't a terribly interesting fact either. Maybe it shows that if Vinny randomly mentions you in a mainsite update, good things will happen to you, even when said things have very little to do with Mario fangame development. I am not a medical doctor, so it is best that I stick to playing Dr. Mario... and maybe doctoring up MySQL databases.

I hope this small collection of sprites - and confirmation that I've shooed away a legion of overzealous AI bots - is more interesting to you.
