okay, this better not just get two comments and dissappear. The music is consistent, the graphics are eye candy, and the physics are PERFECT. I'd better showcase this quick.

I was kinda worried, whether I got the physics right but if you say they're perfect, I guess I did a good job. |

This game is pretty good. The collision detection with enemies is kind of unforgiving though. You should lower the height that you need to stomp them at (maybe from the top to 3/4 of the way up) because there were a lot of times when I should have stomped an enemy but was 1px too low and got hurt. Also I thought it was interesting that you managed to get the Touhou music to fit in with the Mario music.

There are some passages in the game where the hit box should be a little smaller, but I actually think it works for the most part. I'll take changing them into consideration, though. |

Hmm..... this is kind of average. Really, if you want to make an SMB game, you need to have something stand out. Otherwise it just feels average and overused. Still, it's well done, just not really "popping out" for me.

It's a standard Super Mario Bros. game, but I wanted to do one like these for a long time. There's a couple of other Mario games in development, which feature lots of original elements such as Luigi's Adventure and Super Mario Blackout, so you might look forward to those, but don't expect them any time soon. |

Most people seem to like them, even Guinea assured me they were good. But I got a new Mario engine meanwhile, maybe you'll like that one better as soon as it gets to see the light of day. |

I like this game. The movement engine is pretty solid and feels really good to jump around, like a Mario game should be. But like someone else said above, the collision detection is pretty unforgiving, and I would like to see it be a little less strict on how you jump on enemies. Also some pet peeves of mine (These are just my opinions): - The invincibility timer after being hit seems too short. I've gotten hit, then one second later died outright from another enemy. That might be an exaggeration, but the invincibility is really short lived. - Mushrooms come out of blocks too quickly. I have to know there's a mushroom in a block before it decides to run away into a pit. Also since there are poison mushrooms to watch out for, it's difficult to know how to react. (But I like the poison mushrooms) - It would be cool to shoot piranha plants inside pipes, like in other Mario games. This is really minor since they they come up so often. None of my pet peeves really make the game bad, it just makes things a little trickier with timing and stuff that I think should be less strict to make the game even more fun. But I would especially like to see the collision detection for jumping on enemies be fixed, it makes the game feel less like a game than something made to test your patience. Also is that SMW hack music I hear? The instruments in the songs make me ask. |

This game is pretty good, like others said, the collision are way too strict. Also, even when the "run" button is pushed, the characters are too slow, in my opinion. And about the music, did you make the arrangement yourself ? (With Snes-like instrument), if so, really good job on the music. (Otherwise, good choice of music) |

Afaik it uses SMW instruments. The music was made/remixed by a buddy.

Great game, but the loading system doesn't work for some reason, so it's annoying hard to beat. The error said it couldn't read 'real' or something.

I'm not trying to be rude or anything, but I played the first few levels and frowned due to the following reasons: 1. unreasonable hit boxes. This didn't really start affecting me until level 1-3. 2. This was a blatant edit of smb1. Almost the same game. |

This issue is fixed in my more recent game. 2. What? Even if the gameplay is heavily inspired by SMB1, don't call this an edit, because I still coded this entirely from scratch. And I included features from SMB3 and SMW as well. |

I can't even get past 1-4 due to the stupid Koopaling boss, when it goes to spin in it's shell, it's acceleration is off the wall! It goes to 0 to 60 in a freaking second! I want to review the game, but the fact that the Koopaling boss is impossible because of the acceleration makes the idea of making a review just...ugh. |

The game is really good, the controls are smooth and responsible. But that warp zone troll in 1-2... That hit me right in the heart.

I'm trying to complete World 8-4. But seems very hard. You can edit those levels if it's easy. I really need help. You need to add more tilesets if it's easy. It could work.
