General Commentary and Game Overview
Normal Super Mario World is a very... Interesting game. So far, this demo takes Yoshi's Island 1, and changes what everything does. I had a few laughs, and I believe that the teased story will be the source of some more. The platforming is fun and funny, and you can tell effort and love was shoved into every inch of the game. It's absolutely OOZING with charm, and it has some mechanics that I would love to see more of!

Pros_test -Good Weight and feel
-Fun Level
-Good Jokes
-1-Up box Mechanic

Cons -No Native Controller Support
-Long intro cutscene every time you open the Game

Impressions
Gameplay
7 / 10
The Game controls almost Perfectly, Almost a 1 to 1 recreation of the Super Mario World Weight and total feel. I will say that the damage mechanic could have been better in my opinion, I just feel like I'm waiting too long to get back to running through the level. It's very Yoshi's Island.

Graphics
9 / 10
The game has these amazing transitions with a star closing in on Mario, it's so smooth. Effects are also really nice, with every inch of the game oozing with charm and polish. The Sprites are mostly custom from what I can tell, although I will admit I haven't done much sleuthing online to find out.

Sound
6 / 10
Not much to comment on here, It's just the SMW overworld theme, and then a remix of that same theme that you've probably heard before. The sound effects really immerse you though, as every part of the Game has an accompanying sound.

Final Words
8 / 10
In all, Normal Super Mario Word (at least the demo), is an amazing short experience with some small quirks that should be played sooner than later.
