MFGG - Mario Fan Games Galaxy

On/Off Pipes - SMB1, SMB3, SMW & SMAS	By: WALMAKER2022
I had this idea a long time ago. You cannot enter this certain type of pipe unless the On/Off switch was hit (depending on which colour pipe it is). It could also be used for other gimmicks like enemy spawns, coins, puzzles, etc.

Contents	Edited	Modification of existing sprites.

Noticed an error in the horizontal pipe sets - the 8bit SMB1 pipes are duplicated, making a 16-bit version missing.
