At first I thought this is an edit, but it appears to be a rip. Since when could Luigi be played in Mario Teaches Typing? Is this the first or second one? Good rip, by the way, these sprites are pretty amusing!

I think he's playable in both the first and second game. In the first game, you can select him when creating a new "student". I haven't played the second game so I have no idea how you can play as him there.
