General Commentary and Game Overview
Well, it appears that Mario and his friends decided to have another party. Let's see, we have the name (PC 2), check. Bowser is not invited, check. We have a huge set of minigames, check. Now hold on, is this a Mario Party fangame!? I have never seen a Mario Party fangame in MFGG, so that's going to give you a plus.

However, while it's a Mario Party fangame, is it as good as our loved Mario Party games? Let's review a party, shall we?

Pros +It's a Mario Party fangame
+Some minigames have interesting ideas
+Achievements for replay value

Cons -Some graphics are poorly drawn from MS Paint
-Little to no animation
-2-Player Minigame Party lacks a couple features that 4-Player Minigame Party has
-Lacks boards

Gameplay
4 / 10
When you see the title, you might be thinking "oh, there must be at least one board in it", but that is incorrect. Every Mario Party game has boards in them, and this fangame has no sight of any boards. I guess Mario doesn't have enough time to make any boards, or he just thinks that the minigames should be the main focus this time.

But hey, you can't dislike this game, just because it lacks boards, right? Let's talk about the minigame cups, shall we? Minigame cups are two-minigame packs that is based on it's type. So, we have a Piranha Plant cup, and a Chain Chomp cup. Now, I have noticed a problem here. When you beat a minigame cup, the game informs you that you have unlocked a new one. But I don't see a new minigame cup, probably because Bowser is too scared to let his other minions go.

While Bowser tries to think about his minigame cups, I'll talk about minigames. I'll start with the Piranha Plant cup's first minigame, and boy, it's a bit frustrating. You have to survive thirty seconds, from those two Piranha Plant's which spit out deadly fireballs. Fun, right? Nope, because the fireballs go in a random direction if it hits the ground, which may lead to a lot fireballs that you'll unable to avoid. There must have mirrors in the grass, or those fireballs are actually living creatures.

That's all I have to say about that minigame, now I'll at the others. Wow, some of them have interesting ideas. An example is a four player one, where you are trapped in a maze that is filled with Dry Bone's. They'll hunt you down, and once they touch you, they'll sink their teeth at you as you are starting to feel woozy and your face will turn green, thanks to the blood of the Dry Bones. While you are all woozy (you are meant to be a zombie if you get touched by a Dy Bones, but they don't look anything like zombies to me), you'll want to hunt down your friends so you can bite them. Biting your friends, makes them feel woozy while their face is turned to green. The last survivor wins. Now, that is a interesting idea.

I would love to talk about most of the other minigames, but that end up with this review becoming too giant. So, I'll talk about the Minigame Party. It's a mode, where you try to win six minigames in order to win the mode. You can either do two-players, or four-players. Both types have different minigames, but I noticed a couple problems with the two-played Minigame Party. It lacks a couple features that the 4-Player Minigame has. These features 2-Player Minigames lacks are the ability to select a minigame, and the decision to fight against a CPU or not.

If you want to have fun with the 2-Player Minigame Party, then I hope you have a friend. Because that party has ran out of robots to use.

One more thing, since this is a Mario Party fangame, I'll give you a plus for that, as I have never seen a Mario Party fangame in MFGG.

Graphics
3 / 10
The graphics are from the Mario & Luigi games, which is underused so that's a bonus for you! However, I noticed that there is little to no animation. Just try to walk as Mario. Sometimes, he'll not move a muscle and will just slide across the ground. He'll even sometimes refuse to move a inch when he's jumping. Yes, this proves that he is just either a robot (that slightly hovers above the ground while moving) or a puppet.

Well, while I have discovered that Mario isn't Mario, but I noticed something worse. It's worse than recolors, it's worse than no animation, it's MS Paint graphics! Yes, I said it, MS Paint graphics. The only things that look like MS Paint graphics to me, is the backgrounds. They look made in a lazy way, and it looks like they were made in a few seconds. Why can't you just use backgrounds from the Mario & Luigi games?

Sound
5 / 10
I'm guessing the music is from the Mario Party games, which I don't see (hear?) it that often. However, I think a couple of them could have been changed to be more fitting.

A lot of sounds are missing, like I can find a few of them besides voices. Mario & his friends have voices, and they'll make a voice every time one of them wins a minigame. I don't find this to be too annoying, but I think there should a short little music track that plays along with their winning voice sound.

Replay
5 / 10
If I have actually unlocked something from beating a minigame cup, I would play this more. I wish Bowser would make up his mind already.

But I can find some replay value here, like the achievements. Almost every minigame has a achievement, which is unlocked by performing some kind of a action. However, they don't tell you how to unlock them, nor they give a hint. Need more replay value? Then how about you try to unlock all the minigames, now that should be a little time to spend with.

Final Words
4 / 10
Parties are usually fun and worth your time, but this one lacks both of them.
