Pros | +Nice concept +Music are a little catchy |
Cons | -Instructions is disorganized -Bland graphics -Almost lacks sound effects -Controls aren't good (using both the keyboard and the mouse at the same time isn't a good choice) -One-hit kills |
Gameplay 3 / 10 |
Meteorites fall down from the sky and Mario can (somehow) send them up into the air in contact. If they land in the ground, then they explode which leaves a pit behind. Letting the meteorites fall into the pitfalls allows you to lose a life, which I don't think that's the best idea I've ever heard. Plus, touching an explosion or falling into a pitfall instantly defeats you, and it could have been replaced with something like a health system. Oh, one final thing. If you send a meteorite up flying, you'll earn a ground point. Clicking with mouse creates a piece of ground at the cost of a ground point, and it feels uncomfortable. Because using the keyboard and the mouse at the same time is something that usually should not be in a game. |
Graphics 2 / 10 |
The graphics are bad, as they don't go well together. Before playing the game, you'll see an instructions screen, which is very disorganized. Now, at the topic of in-game graphics, there is the old (but underused) Paper Mario sprite. Oh, and there is a bland MS-Paint like ground, along with meteorites which are okay (I like the effect). The stars and moon were "meh" and aren't enough for background stuff. |
Sound 4 / 10 |
The only music here, is the in-game and death ones. They are very catchy, even though, they don't fit well. I wish there was more sound effects, but at least there is one. Which is the explosion, but there still could have been more. |
Replay 1 / 10 |
After playing it a few times, you won't be interested in playing this game. Due to the awful controls. |

If those controls weren't so awful and uncomfortable, this would have been a good game, thanks to its concept. |
