General Commentary and Game Overview
I can respect a game that takes a used-up concept and adds in plenty on top to make it fun again. However, Bob-Ball plays the cloning trope extremely straight. Despite the scenery, the game is devoid of personality.

Pros -Graphics are nice

Cons -It's just Breakout with a new graphical look

Impressions
Gameplay
3 / 10
Moving a paddle back and forth to hit a ball back into blocks just isn't that fun if it's so easy to avoid dropping that ball. There are power-ups, but they fall into the usual kind of effect Breakout/Arkanoid clone powers usually give. Nothing's truly special here.

Graphics
8 / 10
For what there is in this game, I dig the graphics. I love the animated birds and the sky background, and the bricks and bomb look nice.

Sound
7 / 10
For an MIDI song selection it at least possesses non-annoying MIDIs.

Replay
1 / 10
There are even better alternatives for Mario Breakout clones.

Final Words
3 / 10
The fact that it's a Breakout clone is the very thing that holds the game back from being...well...fun.

Thanks for the review! I'll try to improve in my later games. If I make another Breakout clone, I'll try to think about some original ideas. Hey, a three is better than a one, right?

You are totally right. A 3 is indeed better.
The cold hard truth for me is that anyone can make a Breakout game. While I do commend the Bob Omb's ball physics, there was nothing else that separated this from the other Breakout attempts, nor was there reason for me to go to this over other MFGG games in general. Spruce things up a ton and I'll be happy to play your next game. :)
