General Commentary and Game Overview
Wait a minute... this Mario isn't happy at all!

also why does the title screen say "Happy Mario" if the name of the game is "Really Happy Mario"

Pros + Potentially neat concept
+ Monochrome graphics

Cons - Mostly feels like a not very good SMB clone
- Everything's a bit sluggish

Impressions
Gameplay
5 / 10
The gameplay is fine, I guess. It's a bit slow, but maybe that's the "point". I do have to say that I hate how long it takes to be able to pick up an item from a block, though, and I also don't like Up as a jump button.

The level designs being (almost) directly copied from SMB feels lazy, especially when it's pretty easy to complete both levels without becoming depressed, making it feel like little more than a mediocre clone of SMB.

Graphics
7 / 10
The graphics are pretty neat. I think more games should be in monochrome.

Sound
7 / 10
The music choices are decent. Nothing groundbreaking, but at least I don't have to hear a Mario overworld theme for the 1984th time. I'm also thankful for the Mickey Mouse creepypasta music, because without it I probably wouldn't even have realized what this game was referencing.

Final Words
5 / 10
I think there's potential in the idea of a game about Mario (or perhaps someone else) becoming slowly depressed over time, but this game doesn't do that idea very much justice.
