The game still plays as horribly as it did when Mario was the protagonist. Guess that's what happens when you make another 3D platformer just three months after the one everybody gave feedback on.

No way I'm reviewing this. Even at very low it runs horribly. Based on the video you released, this is just as bad as Super Mario Prism.

sigh. seems like it's staying true to the hello tradition to ignore feedback.

I'm not reviewing this. In the first level there's a blur effect that almost blinded me ( http://prntscr.com/o03ds0 ) and there's a platform I couldn't cross. At least the model doesn't feels like a sprite when you change the direction, but the AI still's dumb. Hello really likes to ignore feedback.

I'd argue that this is worse than Super Mario Prism, actually.

The bloom effect is so high, it's practically impossible to focus, at least, judging from the ingame screenshot.

Hello really likes to ignore feedback.

You know, this game still has many of the issues Prism has, and in its attempt to change level design style and add more features/gimmicks, it introduces some new ones. In addition, there are a few other outstanding minor bugs, some quality of life issues, and a few opportunities for cheesing the level design. However, there were specific core issues in Prism's gameplay that people pointed out that were improved or outright fixed in this game:

:Slopes, i.e. rotating platforms were massively improved, and you can not only stand on them without flying off, but they're not even frustrating when incorporated as elements in the level. (The walls they're often placed next to can still be problematic, though.)
:Enemy hitboxes no longer damage you over slight miscalculations.
:The player is heavier and physics are no longer "floaty", so as to make it feel more like the canon Mario platformers (a big gripe by many).
:The camera, although still somewhat awful and unintelligent, is much better about regulating its distance from the player, and centering the camera isn't instantaneous and disorienting, making it more usable in-game.
:Animation polish is massively improved.

I really do wonder what it's like to be so hated by a community that even when you SPECIFICALLY incorporate their feedback into your product, they continue to pretend you didn't, just because you didn't incorporate ALL of the desired changes in one go, or perhaps because they just want to spite the proliferation of your work.

You know the phrase "Two steps forward, Two steps back?"

This could be me, but I feel that Super Mario Prism is the worst out of the two 3D Mario fangames that Hello has release so far as I find hard to do a long jump in that game due to the time given to the me before Mario in that game come to a complete stop when the long jump is being set up. In case I'm wrong about that, I'll say that I couldn't get even halfway done with the first painting in SMP, wile in Hello's newest game, I could get farther to a point that I almost complete the first painting. I do know that what I said isn't saying much as Toadette's Sweets Galaxy have 3 stars for the first painting while SMP has about 7 stars for the first painting.

Hello, you need to take time to create a good engine, and then you gotta take time to make good levels. THEN you pretty up the graphics. This is the Sonic Forces of MFGG.

This is terrible, and I don't know why you thought it would be better if you just repeated the same code.
