General Commentary and Game Overview
This game had a really good idea. The game had a dark atmosphere, which I admit worked well - it just could have been so much more.
But what can we truly expect from the local game making machine?

I believe this game may well be our highest expectation.

Pros -Good idea
-Decent audio
-Use of underused concepts
-Use of underused items
-Use of customized game mechanics

Cons -General lack of creativity
-Use of overused unedited graphics
-Use of an overused engine
-Unbalanced customized game mechanics
-Major plot holes in the storyline
-Mismatched characters for the games theme
-Majorly oversized stage maps (WHEN DO THEY END!?)

Impressions
Gameplay
4 / 10
Well, it's a typical Mario game, in short.
You run around, jump on enemies. You can also find guns, and use them. This idea would have been awesome if they were actually more powerful than jumping on the enemies though.

Graphics
3 / 10
The graphics are, unfortunately, very overused, and unmodified.
The characters (Toads) are all still smiling. For an apocalypse-themed game, I should think the facial expressions could have been modified, at least a little.

Same old Mario. The guns were a nice touch, and the dark atmosphere applied to the levels was good.

Sound
7 / 10
The music was at least decent, and actually fitting with the games theme. The gun sounds worked, etc.

Replay
1 / 10
I couldn't bring myself to play this game a 2nd time. Just how the game was executed.
I played through it once, and was still left disappointed.

Final Words
3 / 10
I just don't understand,
How could somebody take an awesome concept like this game, and make THIS with it?
