There's something wrong with the SMB3 Big Luigi and Fire Luigi sprites.

I see some Wario's Woods sprites, so you should plan an expansion on the Toads with sprites unique to the game.

Some of the missing power-ups include: Poison Mushroom Heart (Odyssey Style) Life-Up Heart Boost Star Shellmets Mega Star Invincibility Mushroom Rainbow Star Coin Box I like them all!
