These animations are just awful...closes eyes. Sorry, but you should think about redoing the running, swimming, and maybe jumping animations. Make the legs look better, the arms are fine. On a lighter note, the overall color, idle stance, and body are very good. Please renovate these!

Hurray, someone finally sprited Waluigi at the correct size! Despite what others are saying, I think you got it pretty much spot on. The way that Waluigi moves means he's a pain to sprite (Most likely the reason he's never appeared in any 2D games), and although it's not entirely perfect, it's probably one of the closest SMB3 Waluigis I've seen (And besides, I don't think SMB3 would allow you to sprite Waluigi perfectly without him taking up like, 4 times the screen as Mario).

Lol, I made this almost a year ago. People simply kept complaining there was no SMB3 Waluigi on the site. One day I might re make this, but as for right now I'm leavin it at this. ;D

I agree, it's actually in the style! All we need now is a 16-bit version and... Dah dah dah DAH! WALUIGI SMB3!
