Paper Mario - Animation Test

Hello! I did some animation practice a while back, and remembered I got my game-dev start on this site about 12 years ago. Played it again recently and thought it people might enjoy this since I feel like I owe this site a lot. Theres not much to do but it feels a bit surreal to have some good feeling paper mario on the PC! I even found my first mario fan-game on here lol it was called Paper Mario - The Cardboard Catastrophe WASD To move around! Space To jump! Left click to hammer! Ctrl to crouch but the animation is pretty gross :-) The whole thing is just me trying to recreate the feel of TTYD animation style, and I almost feel like I should upload the source-code since I think this project could be super valuable to learn game development.

This looks pretty damn cool (and there's something funny about seeing Paper Mario interacting with physics boxes).

Made an account just to say how fun this was to screw around in and how AMAZING of a job you did just making this feel actually so good. You meant it when you said "..Some good feeling paper mario on the PC!" I would love to have the source code and learn how you did this to finally get a start in Game dev after lurking on the website for so long without an account since I was like 8 lmfao. Music, Animation, and even shading are all an amazing touch and the crouching animation is adorable I don't know why you said it was gross! I just wish you made a ground pound feasible instead lol. But this is literally amazing regardless
