General Commentary and Game Overview
How come I've never heard of this one?

Maybe it's because of how unbelievably horrid this one came around to be.

Pros -This is only a demo, apparently

Cons -Mario controls like a basic platform tutorial
-Mario's animations are broken beyond belief
-Levels are terribly dull and uninspired
-Generic material once again

Impressions
Gameplay
1 / 10
I felt like I was playing the Platform tutorial for Game Maker more than I felt like I was playing Mario. Granted, the Fire Flower and Mushroom Kingdom are present and accounted for, but only the Fire Flower is accurate. When Mario gets hit, he has absolutely no recovery time. Don't be surprised when you die quickly from a pair of Goombas. Plus, Mario does not bounce....at all I should say, when stomping on enemies.

Graphics
1 / 10
Mario's animations are broken. Almost every single time did I see him in his standing pose while jumping around. He even sometimes faces backwards a bit, and uses his walking animation in mid-air or when not moving. Plus, the graphics themselves are generic Mario material.

Sound
3 / 10
Generic Mario music. Again. Oh well. At least we have Wart's theme in Bowser's castle. That's something, right?

Replay
1 / 10
Nope.

Final Words
1 / 10
If this is better than the original SMB, than the original SMB must be a pretty miserable game. However, SMB is one of the greatest platformers of all time, so that's mistake #1.

Actually, I think it's worse.

And yes I know it's a old review.
