DeeY Platform Engine By: Gate [W]
An Open-Source Platform Engine for Game Maker 6.1 and 7.

Features

- Player object with 7 psysics (Walking, Running, Jumping, Swimming, Climbing, Crouching and Sliding down Slopes)
- Solid Blocks (16 Objects)
- Jumpthrough Blocks (4 Objects)
- Water Blocks (Makes the player swim, 4 Objects)
- Climb Blocks (Makes the player climb, 4 Objects)
- Slopes (2 Types, 4 Objects)
- Inverted Slopes (2 Types, 4 Objects, Solid)
- Moving platforms (Includes Solid and Jumpthrough)

I want to put ashy guy instead of that thing but I canīt because it falls, it canīt be seen and it doesnīt move.

I'm having extreme difficaulty changing the sprite to an animated sprite, and making the sprite change directions. It always ends up messing up somehow... But then I wouldn't call myself an advanced game maker, exactly.

I knew how to add the sprites, i even added looking up and "better" swiming animateing, but empety engines like these can be made into a good game (because it makes people use there own ideals to make games)

Awesome job! It has very well physics that are almost identical to SMW! And is it just me, or is the skid sound from Sonic? O_o

If the sprite is larger than 32. You must put in the y origin box, the sprite height of the sprite - 32 and that will solve the problem.

YAY! It uses SMW mario sprites!!!
SMW sprites aren't used very much in engines (SMB3 ones are used instead).

It's ironic because it used to be that smw sprites were overused and smb3 sprites were underused.
