Using the original black and white Donkey Kong Land sprites (from the Game Boy), I decided to recreate some of the sprites of the Hogwash, the flying pig enemy.
This is a recreation made entirely by me with no 3D software, I simply used my own pixel-art skills match the right colors and create lighting on the sprite to make it look 3D. There was an older model, which can be seen in previous versions or even demos of Donkey Kong Country 4 and also old versions of Kiddy Kong's Challenge.
The new model will appear in the most recent demos and the final version of Donkey Kong Country 4 - The Kongs' Return, as well as in REV 7.0 of Kiddy Kong's Challenge.
This is one of the sprites that I did my best to make look like the official render of the character.
