General Commentary and Game Overview
(I suck at introductions so this is copy and pasted from my previous review, albeit slightly edited)
Jumbo Mario (the new one) is a fangame where everything is big, woah. I wanted to review this demo, which is similar to the previous one, but better! I played it while streaming to a friend for a while, which we had fun doing so. Jumbo Mario is your standard nostalgic Mario fangame, with about despite it having one of the most COOL Mario sprites, doesn’t have a lot of stuff for me to say. Or I just suck at introductions. Um. Criteria
It is faster the game is faster I mention that but it is faster do it.

Pros (This will be compared to the legacy demo)
-The main campaign is still not difficult, and even better than the previous! Generally more fun for the casuals
-Jumbo Mario is faster now, making the levels drag on much less.
-Some levels are just really good. That’s cool.
-Hitboxes improved I guess.

Cons -…but some levels also are a confusing mess, and not fun at all.
-The game is less goofy, which was the main appeal for the game. I get why, but that was most of the charm of the game. The game is still cute though.

Impressions
Gameplay
8 / 10
The gameplay has improved from the previous. The level design is good in the main gameplay (besides autoscroll I HATE autoscrolls gr), the special levels are inconsistent. This would make it enough to get a 6/10 for me again. However, as mentioned above, Jumbo Mario is faster, and better to control, although slippery. That alone gets 9/10. Good job Wik keep this movement. And do similar level design to the campaign. There are bugs though. Pretty common. I don’t like going to the left after exiting the pipe. Or getting stuck in the ceiling of the builder level. So 8/10. Okay? I like saying level.

Graphics
7 / 10
The game is unfortunately less goofy. Which is most of the reason on why I loved the graphics. I still like them, but you know. Um. I kinda have to take off a point sorry mate.

Sound
7 / 10
The sound design is nearly identical, besides the sound effects being less goofy. Despite this, the music is cool and I like it so I mean it is good. Pretty good. I like it.

Final Words
8 / 10
I REALLY wanted to like Jumbo Maro more than I did.. woah, deja vu? Almost anything I said about the legacy demo is applied here, albeit with some of the problems being fixed now! It has heart and charm, it has JUMBO MARIO what more can you ask for! It’s faster, it’s level design is better, overall just a better game. Although less goofy. If you liked the game for being goofy, pack your bags and turn your back and leave. I do hope this improves in the future, and by how things are going, it probably will. Jumbo.
