I didn't make Small form sprites of Wario and Waluigi because in the SMB3 Bonus Game, Mario/Luigi's Small form sprite in the Bonus Game is an edited version of his Super form sprite from gameplay, so Small form sprites I made for Wario and Waluigi would only be correct if the person using them was using the same custom Wario and Waluigi sprites I used to make the Bonus Game Small form sprites.

Also, in regards to your other comment, Waluigi's overalls in the NES sprite have that black part due to palette limitations; can't have the dark grey there (I assume that's what you were getting at).
