Luigi and the Quest for Nothing (Revisited)
preview
By: lu9 [W]
The original LatQfN from 4 years ago... in the way it should've always been.
Now more accurate to the NES limitations, ported to GameMaker Studio, with various glitches fixed, original NES resolution, revamped cards, better parachute controlling.... and better grammar of course :v
Completion: Full Game Genre: Platform

Isn't this, like, the fourth version of the game uploaded to the site?

I really wish the game would actually save your progress instead of saving basically being continues in disguise.

It is, counting the "Review Version"
Why not just wait until you're 100% satisfied with your creation, and THEN upload?

This isn't "another version". It's a revision of the final version which was years ago, and throughout the years of course, I got better at GML (and music) so I decided to attempt porting this to GM Studio.

But the game saves? It just does that silently after every level.

It didn't for me. I had unpacked the file and everything, and the game didn't save (At least after I exited the game and opened it again), so I lost all my progress.

With this underwater music, it reminds me of a underwater from Metroid
