General Commentary and Game Overview
This review is gonna be brief for a few reasons: namely, it took a bit to get it running, and also it's a very simplistic game made in, of all things, Klik & Play (so even older than TGF type stuff, is what I'm getting at)

Pros Decently programmed
It's Yoshi! The funnest, most bestest (and most forgettable) puzzle game Nintendo ever made!
Graphics are all well made and custom to boot!
Music's fine, sounds are decent too

Cons Won't work on modern computers at all
Very basic
Not much else to it, really

Gameplay

Eh, it's Yoshi. What more can you really say? It was an old, I THINK 1990 puzzle game that Nintendo made for the NES and GB, and while it's a fun little game all the same, it's also a bit... um, dull? Not much going on in it, is what I'm saying. But it's still fun. If you want to know more about Yoshi, go look up the Wikipedia or Mario Wiki articles on it, because that's literally what this is.

Aside from that, it had a few odd quirks (no doubt because it was made in something as primitive as Klik & Play), such as sometimes scoring double kills out of nothing and enemies floating in the air. Now to be fair, that latter point may just be a quirk of Yoshi and Toni was just trying to be accurate in recreating it, but like hell if I'm gonna take the time and figure that out.

One last thing: as I mentioned above, this won't work on modern computers at all - it's a 16-bit program. I had to run this in a Windows 3.1 virtual environment just to even play it, soooo...

Graphics
5 / 10
Decent graphics overall! A bit stilted, but it's all custom and it's all identifiable and all that good stuff. Works fine, isn't perfect, but it's nice enough to not be an eyesore.

Sound
4 / 10
Your typical MIDIs, so and so and so on and so on. The sounds are a bit unique-er than most fangames, being stock sounds rather than poorly ripped ones from the official games, but still nothing I haven't seen before. Nonetheless, that's not a point against it, more just an observation of games from back in those days.

Hardly. Couldn't get it to work in Windows 7, it's just a 1:1 (or as 1:1 as KNP will allow) recreation of Yoshi, which is a fairly dull puzzle game as it stands... BUUUUT, it's still neat. Well made, even! So that's worth considering overall, I just wouldn't personally recommend it.

Final Words
4 / 10
A remake of the fairly boring puzzle game "Yoshi" that won't run in anything newer than Windows 95. However, if you waste your time getting some sort of emulated environment setup to run it, you'll be surprised to find that it's pretty well made, if dull and repetitive due to Yoshi itself being dull and repetitive. Give it a shot if you want, but it's by no means a must-play.
