Super Mario World Custom Bomubomus By: AsteriskX
Bomubomus styled to fit with Super Mario World.
Edit: Credit to AwesomeZack for the Mario.
I got the Luigi from another sheet made ripped from another guy, but I am unable to locate the sheet with his username. I'll edit this again if I find it.

No comments? Well i guess i can give you one.
Ah yes those canon pigs from Super Mario Land 2. I think they look well made while you seem to recolored the orginal but colored them that fits SML2 has SMWish looking sprites.

Thanks. They may look the same, but I made them from scratch.

Are you kidding me? These just look EXACTLY like SML2 Cannon pigs, and yet they look quite bland compared to SMW sprites. And you just copy-pasted the original sprite and recoloured it to fit the style of SMW.

When it comes to remaking the sprites to fit the style of a game (In a simple way), you need to re-shade it. Either way you probably need to change the title of your Submission, because you just posted the sprites that are pretty much edited, rather than custom.

Sorry, bud, I made them from scratch. I did look at a picture of one, though, because I haven't played the game for so long. In fact, I made them without looking at a picture, and they hardly looked like the same thing. It probably wouldn't even get accepted. I did it to make it look accurate, and copy and pasting is almost always an awful idea, unless you're gonna majorly edit it. And as of recoloring, I'd never do something so ridiculous. So when you said I copy and pasted, I guess I'll take that as a good thing, because I made it accuratley according to the original sprites. And if you're thinking I made three recolors as an excuse to have been accepted, you're wrong. I'm not sure what colors people think it should be, so I made three, one for the black version in SML2, and the pink and purple for the default, as it's their choice to choose which color. The pigs in SML2 don't have "shading" as far as I can tell, and I don't see a way I could improve the shading. Why would I lie?

No reason to spam. Also, they are 100% custom made, but they looked more accurate when I looked at a picture. Let's just get over with this.

Are you trying so hard to defend this? You're making yourself look like a idiot.

Gamepixel. It's over. This is so annoying, just believe what you want and please stop. Also, try learning basic grammar. Turd edit? Turd edit. Learn a bit more maturity there, buddy boy.
Clearly doesn't look like it? That's your opinion and I don't care so don't even bother to put that there. Also, it's supposed to be 'an idiot' not 'a idiot'. Also, why are you using those implying arrows?
It was definitely an attempt, Gamepixel. It was an effort. You tried so hard but you failed miserably.

GamePixel, saying "idiot" to AsteriskX is extremely detrimental and offensive to the MFGG community. Reported for flaming.

Game Pixel, you need to cut that out.
He says its original, stop trying to prove him rong.

This sprite is really not the same as SML2. If you look intently at the composition and shading of the sprites, it really does not compare to SML2. I mean, look at the way the Pig looks at the sky. In SML2, the pig sits on the ground because it can't bend its head (as it has no neck.)

So, stop Game. Please. He's really an "idiot" because of honesty? Wow.

Um, he did not call Asterisk an idiot in a way that is directly offensive to him (Its only offensive if he is TELLING someone that "He is an idiot" or "Go make yourself look like an idiot".) And really, it depends on HOW the word is used.

This is the ONLY part I can side with you and AsteriskX on. Original sprites do not have to be totally different from the reference model used. All that has to be done if he sprites it from the ground-up.

An update may be coming, as I didn't realize that the pose where the Bomu Bomu is shooting balls may look a bit weird.

They're not so bad, they're great! In fact, I prefer them to the original sprites.

Wow, thank you :)
Looking back at this sheet makes me kinda dissapointed because it's such a small sheet and it doesn't seem that useful, and of course that cheap cannonball I made is probably the wrong size, etc., etc..
I'm actually pretty surprised anybody gave a positive comment, because even though I thought that was acceptable at the time, it actually doesn't exactly seem to have had any effort put into it.
It looks a lot like the SML2 version a lot, (almost identical, I guess you could say...) and I don't know what to think of that.
Thanks anyway.
Ever since I looked at this sheet with regret I've been trying a little harder and a little more harder, and eventually I might make a larger sheet.

I'm currently out of the spriting mood, but yeah, sometime in the future, I'll probably make a few more.

I had a spritesheet, I believe about 80% finished, of the enemies with the simple name "Bear"

https://www.mariowiki.com/Bear_

(sorry, won't link to the Super Mario Land 2 variant for whatever unknown reason)

but I unfortunately don't know where the spritesheet went.

I also submitted a sheet of the "Bopping Toadys"

https://www.mariowiki.com/Bopping_Toady

but it unfortunately was declined.

Thanks for commenting on this spritesheet, I know there are several problems with it. I may update this in the future.
