General Commentary and Game Overview
This is a generic minigame where Luigi gets bombarded by Phantos, and you have to survive as long as possible using power-ups. There are also global highscores, so you can see how you stack up to other people that have downloaded this game.
 
Pros + Global highscores
+ OGG music
+ A variety of enemies to dodge and power-ups to collect
 
Cons - Looks crappy in full screen
- After the first minute-and-a-half of this, it gets pretty repetitive

 It's a top-down game where you simply have to move Luigi out of the way of oncoming Phantos. I'm sorry, but this game got repetitive and a little boring after the first 90 seconds that I've played it. Normally I would give this a 5, but since you have global highscores--which actually motivated me to KEEP playing--I'm rating it a 6.
 
Graphics

 I have a very big problem with graphics clashing in games. So when I saw SMB2 Luigi and Phantos against a SMW background with a SMG(?) life counter, I wasn't exactly fond of the result. Maybe having a more SMAS-ish background may help--such as the SMB2 castle.
 
Sound

 The sound was definitely the high point of the game. It captured the general spooky alert feel, and this was paired up with modern day NSMBW sound effects.
 
Replay
5 / 10
 You run around, trying to beat your best and the ridiculous global highscore of over 4000.

That's pretty much it.

 If you don't have anything else to do, play this game. If you have something else to do, do it.
