Looks similar to the SMW Mario sprites.

The front facing Mario's head looks to round. And the top part of the fire flower breaks the 3 color rule.

Pretty much a hybrid of the SMW and SMB3 Mario/Luigi graphics. The heads look quite odd (especially Luigi's background-facing pose), and you should also consider fixing the small forms' moustaches (especially Luigi's) because they seem a bit too shifted to the right. Not terribly bad editing, but you can improve.
