General Commentary and Game Overview
You may as well consider this the best bad Hello clone you'll see on the site, maybe even the worst good clone. Don't get me wrong, the game is still fun to play and all that, but there's nothing special about this game that'd make me want to play it over any of the others.

To be frank, this is a demo and things are certain to change, but as is right now, the only thing special about it is the graphics. And that's all there is for the Overview.

Pros +Amazing graphical quality
+Decent soundtrack
+Good level design (mostly)

Cons -Lacks a soul
-A few bits are off-putting
-Standard, run-of-the-mill gameplay
-Obvious Hello clone is obvious
-You're spoonfed 1-ups, making the game way too easy (like in a lot of Nintendo's games)

Impressions
Gameplay
4 / 10
What can I say? It's your usual Hello clone gameplay. Walk right, jump on enemies, collect coins, etc. There's no special gimmick to the game that sets it apart from any other games on the site. That said, I did find the level design to be pretty excellent in the beginning, but I didn't enjoy the fact that several levels were remade from other games. That's probably one of the most unoriginal things you could do in a fangame, ever.

The demo contains only two powerups, one of which surprisingly isn't the Fire Flower. The Hammer Suit works fine, but I don't like the fact you have to keep pushing buttons to fly or hover with the Tanooki suit. Again, it's a default bit left in the Hello engine that doesn't help set it apart.

Graphics
9 / 10
I have to say I really enjoyed the aesthetics in this! It uses Kopejo's tilesets, which I like. But, there are a few places where I felt like I should've been able to interact with some parts but couldn't, mainly the castle stage. Most platforms let you fall through them, but one set was solid, which completely threw me off. Next time, stick to one set of solidity and don't throw it all over the place.

Sound
7 / 10
The soundtrack was alright. The themes are all themes we heard before, but they've all been remixed in some way or another.

The sounds, however, sound pretty generic; half of them even sound native to the Hello engine.

Here, we see the greatest weakness of a demo. The only collectables are rainbow stars, which you can collect to get even more 1-ups (like it wasn't easy enough already). Some are pretty easy to pick up, but others take a while to find and get a hold of. That's pretty much all there is that comes from collectables, though; besides that, there's nothing to come back for.

Final Words
5 / 10
This seems like something Nintendo would make...unfortunately not in the good way.
