Paper Mario By: E-Man
This is actually the first ever Paper Mario sheet I've done in my take on the style. You could tell because not only did I start out with the main man himself, but also it looks a bit different compared to my newer sheets. Still, I think it'll suit my purposes just fine and I'm open to remaking this sheet in the future.

By the way, before you ask, I didn't upload the Mushroom Kingdom's superstar first because I needed to fix a hand first.

Yeah, it's my first Paper Mario sheet, so it's not perfect. After my first short is over, I'm not opposed to remaking it if needed.

If you're going to give criticism, at least make it helpful. Personally, I think if the eyes were bigger it would look better. I may be entirely wrong, but I would give it a shot.

*Shrugs* I received worse critiques than the one Yak Smoker gave me anyway, so it's not the biggest deal ever. Besides, I was going to ask him and other people specifically what needed changing once I get around to remaking this sheet.

Now, as for your comment about the eyes, there's not much I can do about them in regards to how the current head shape is like. Sure, I could make them a bit more narrow, but I can't make the eyes too big without either taking over the forehead or the cheeks. With that said, it's something I'll have to look into when I recreate this sheet.

The difference I see between this and the official is that on this one his head and body seem a little longer. I feel like, if you want it to be more accurate, you should make the head and body shorter and rounder whenever it is that you remake the sheet.

That said I don't think these are bad at all. They're still very pretty :)

If I'm going to be brutally honest, I don't care if these sheets are 100% accurate to the source material. If I was going for accuracy, I would actually trace the sheet instead. Besides, even thought I try to make these sheets as close to the originals as possible, I feel like the minor inconsistencies give it a kind of charm. With that said, the purpose of remaking old sheets is not to create photographic copies for the originals, but rather touch up on shading and line art that need the improvements.

Anyway, Evil Yoshi Toes, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for being so supportive of my work.

I've already taken care of that in the new version of Paper Mario I'm currently work on! ;)

If you check out the forum, you'll be able to see the progress I've done on it so far.
