Exactly, I use some of the original colors in the Windows Paint. So, No Credit Needed (It's still Cool, though)

These are okay. Not really that good. I assume that by "Windows Paint" you mean the current crappy version. So why would you use those colors?
Couldn't you just make your own? I guess you can do it however you want? With a little practice I'm sure you could do better. So keep practicing!

It's an okay attempt but you need to work on cloud shading. It's TOO pillowed and I believe some of the outline parts looked jagged. Since you're a beginner spriter, I won't lay it out on you much, but I recommend looking at some tutorials that also has shading and color hue on Pixeljoint or any pixel related sites that has them. I believe these two links I can provide you that could help out on what you need to know about what needs to be avoid, where do you put your colors on a sprite you are making, and such:

Also try to find a picture of Ruff Puff on Mario Wiki, Google Images, or something and study it's cloud shape, body and form a lot more to figure out how you can make it look on-point since it's supposed to be a cloud, not a star-like shaped cloud. If you already read the tutorials I showed you, I suggest you make your outline on the sprites less jagged and clean up your shading overall. Like Yak said, keep practicing, work on it more until it'll look more consistent and your set.
