Custom SMB3 Castle Tiles By: Qwerty Triple6
This is the first thing I made after "the incident". Hope it's good.
Anyway, I was looking at the Super Mario World castle tiles, and I was inspired to make these. This, while looking small, has corners, edges, and a few slopes. No permission needed, just give credit if used!

Not bad for a tileset, but it looks too generic. Maybe add some more texture to the bricks?

Thanks for the feedback. This is my first tileset, completely hand-drawn, and I only had a single hand to do it. (Long story.) I definitely have room for improvement, and my next tileset will be better.

Still making neat stuff though. ^_^
I agree about it looking a bit generic, but it certainly is useful. ;)

Needs some shading, but very good for a first tileset. Nice Job. ;)

This looks 8-bit. Can be used 8-bit games.
You need to revamp into 16-bit.

I don't think this is 8-bit...
It has too many colors. I think 8-bit can only have 3 colors (+ 1 transparent) in each space (I don't remember how big each space can be). I'm sure there are other limitations and the one I just said might be erroneous in some ways (though I know there is a rule about having only 3 visible colors), but still I don't think this is 8-bit.

Not bad for a beginner. :)

Could do with some decorations like columns, torches, doors, windows, but other than that, this is really good. :)

For once, I actually agree with you. This sheet feels a bit too small and bland, but what's there so far is actually not too shabby.

I think what he means is that it looks more like 8-bit than 16-bit, which I can agree with. Either way, it looks nice.

Could you please not write your comments in a demanding way? It just comes off sounding rude.

Unfortunately, it does not comply with the 3-color rule in 8bit games. And please note that he attempted to do that in 16-bit SMB3 style.

Who is Ace? Are you referring to the one in the SMBX forums? Please be more specific.

What incident?

He had his left arm amputated, as said in the MFGG Message Boards.
