General Commentary and Game Overview
So I'm back to MFGG after taking a long hiatus. I'm ready to start reviewing games again, and I'm happy to see that we've evolved from Hello Engine games to Joke games with graphics that aren't coherent in the slightest. That may be exaggerated slightly, but I do actually enjoy a good joke game. So let's see how this one plays out.

This particular game is about a typical Goomba and his typical commute to work.

Pros + Fast paced gameplay
+ Easy to use central mechanic
+ Final Boss is challenging and fun

Cons - Not really humorous
- Apparently my computer can't handle whatever awesomeness is after the boss battle

Impressions
Gameplay
7 / 10
The gameplay is your standard platform fare. Since you're a goomba, you have to resort to unconventional means of attack (which in this case is throwing fruit). The throwing mechanic is easy to figure out and use, so that's good. You also move really quickly, which in my opinion is a must for platform games to keep them fresh and engaging.

For some reason your enemies are seafood. According to the title this is just a typical day though. Anyway, there are only two kinds of enemies, which is fine given that there's only one level. The boss battle was actually challenging and took me a couple tries, and the difficulty didn't seem unfair to me ever. The boss also had several layers of attacks, which is good design.

-SPOILER-

I am severely disappointed that Bubblebass didn't actively fight you himself. Like, he's supposed to be a bully and stuff but he just sits there and lets you throw fruit at him. Although that's in character for him.

Graphics
7 / 10
The graphics overall go together. I'm assuming they are custom, which I appreciate a lot more than the professional and overused graphics from certain Nintendo games. There are some things that are blatantly out of place, but this is a joke game and that makes sense.

Sound
5 / 10
The music is typical Mario music (from NSMB I believe). Mp3 quality sound is used, which is nice. However, fangame makers are under no obligation to use Mario music in Mario games, and I wish more developers would realize that. It would also help with the joke tone to use some off the wall comical music and sounds.

Replay
1 / 10
Replay is basically non existent, as there aren't any secrets to be found. Apparently there's something awesome after the boss battle, but even after overclocking my potato/laptop I still can't run the game at that point. If anyone finds anything out please report back and I'll edit the review.

Final Words
7 / 10
Not really a joke game in the "ha ha" sense, but an entertaining ten minutes nonetheless.

Oh hey, you are back! Anyway, there is actually nothing after boss battle, though. Also, I don't watch SpongeBob, so I don't really know his character. He's just there, because (this game was for a Joke Game Contest BTW) he has to be included somewhere in the game, according to the rules of the Joke Game Contest.

It's heartwarming that people remember me.

I figured that there was nothing after that error message. I just wanted to poke fun. I hope you liked the review
