How do you know? Did you cut the sprites out and put it in a gif animator?

I mean, its his first submission. My first submissions were literal crap and I asked for them to be removed. In my opinion they were so bad it was an embarssment.

Contrary to the previous users commenting here, I actually like it. The shading is nice and shapes too. Unlike the SMB1 NES original Skinny Mario, yours doesn't look like a realistic human body which may fit for the SMB3 SMAS style.
But... As a consequence of you trying to keep the 3-frame walk cycle, your Skinny Mario walking and running animations don't look very good.
Also, are they touching their crotch in the winning pose?

Sorry for that error on the pose. I might fix it.

While I was analyzing your sprites, I advise that you should play around with it's shapes more if you're giving the Mario Bros a tall skinny body based out of the powerup from Super Mario Maker. Don't forget to make the poses look consistent before you can test them out in an animating program: the walk and run frames. Make the arms stand out more like make them a few pixels longer as I see that there too short compared to the legs as there basically Small Mario's arm parts... You can use some other sprites as reference when it comes to studying how the poses look consistent, especially the ripped SMB1 NES skinny mario sheet from Super Mario Maker on TSR or here(mainsite), or alternately look at some other peoples stuff that has weird/skinny mario sprites which is on this mainsite too such as AwesomeZack's SMW Powerup Sheet 2016 and Blutorus' Lanky Mario sheet as I'm sure they'll come in handy as well. I hope this helps out but if you're still fixing up those sprites and following this advice well, good luck.

Sorry for late comment P: So... Thanks for the advice. I hope it becomes useful!

EDIT: Sorry again for late comment, but the size this was going to be was
16(width) x 32(height), so it takes the Big Mario size. And i'm not
going to change that.
