General Commentary and Game Overview
This game a treasure, while barebones it does remind me of the days of my youth when I too made the same mistakes. It certainly won't keep you hooked for long, but it has a certain charm that only certain terrible games can achieve.

You also get to play as Waluigi, which is nice.

Pros +Waluigi
+Enjoyable hammer attack
+Customizable controls
+you can fly

Cons -Broken physics
-poor collision detection
-little variety in obstacles
-too many hidden question blocks

Impressions
Gameplay
2 / 10
I'll be frank, this game has nothing going for it that hasn't already been done thousands of times. If you're looking for an enjoyable Waluigi-themed platformer, then you best look elsewhere. Levels are flat and riddled with invisible question blocks and the same marching milde miniboss sprite walking back and forth over and over. The hammer is a nice attack and its great that you can hold it mid-swing but it being almost required to get through the walls of breakable blocks takes the fun out of it. The best part about this game is that you can fly. I'm not sure how I activated it myself, but being able to just hold Jump to go over the levels was more fun than the actual levels themselves.

Graphics
5 / 10
Most of the graphics (aside from some default windows fonts) are either directly from Yoshi's Island or emulate the style well enough. It won't break your eyes but it's nothing to write home about either.

Sound
10 / 10
I did not have access to sound at the time when I was playing this, but I instinctively let out some 'wa's whenever Waluigi jumped.

Replay
1 / 10
It looks like there are some collectable treasures and achievements but I couldn't find out how to activate or view them. It was not well conveyed at all. The level design couldn't even keep me through this game a first time.

Final Words
2 / 10
This game fits the spirit of Waluigi well. Neglected, unfinished and doomed to be nothing more than a tragic memory in the eyes of its piers. While it has some newbie charm, it is not nearly enough to save it. Even the most avid Waluigi fan is best to avoid this.

Heh, love the comment on the sound quality of the game. To be honest, the 'wa' sounds probably would have been more interesting than what this game actually does have for sound effect...
