This would be really useful for a "shoe" themed level!

Some of these bring to mind really clever behaviors.
Especially the roto-disc shoe, mobile roto-discs! Genius!

i'm not saying he's allegedly looneytunerian, he just asked if the author could make a snes version therefore he's a looneytunerian

yeah because ian is the only one who requests simple sprite edits, therefore someone requesting sprites is automatically a LTian rereg

seriously, use your head

Well, considering this is his first comment, it seems a bit weird, but whatever...
Ember, if you really aren't the 'LooneyTunerIan' than I'll just give you an idea about what he did:

He basically just kept asking to make different versions of Sprite sheets, and he wouldn't stop and he said he was gonna keep making fake accounts.
So that's why everyone gets suspicious no matter who asks for a different version.

um, no. the reason i called him LTian is because he asked for a 16-bit version

got it?

that's the most broken logic i've ever seen.
sure, ltian used to request 16-bit sprite edits that he could do it himself, but that doesn't mean everybody who does requests is automatically ian.
also, it's clear that ian wont come back (he is muted, fyi), so uh

It's not logic, it's an expression. TwelfthRocket never literally meant that EmberSTP is literally LTI, he simply stated that EmberSTP is enacting a trait very recognizable as what LTI is known for.

seriously, use your head

the reason i called ember a lti is because he's most well known for that kind of stuff, and he still is

my comment wasn't even literally stating that ember was lti

you say that like ian hasn't moved on from mfgg -- and he did. sure, he did a lot of crap in the community, but now he's gone and probably wont come back soon.

well, on the internet, its hard to differenciate a joke from the truth. ember could be confused by your comment; not everybody in the community is aware of ltian, you know.

Ahh Ember, you can search up for 16-bit spriting tutorials to get things straight. Then you can even make them into 16-bit sprites! A SMAS-SMB3 palette is available on the Internet, if you wanna get started.

NOTE TO THETWELFTHROCKET: What's the point of logic there if you thought this guy was LooneyTunerIan? To make a hypothesis you must do the following:
1. Observe.
2. Research.
3. Hypothesize.
4. Test.
5. Analyze.
6. Conclude.

No offense, but there wasn't enough research to conclude that this guy is Ian. Usually Ian makes accounts with garbled letters and numbers as usernames but for the case of Ember, this is not an Ian, just as Jaden1291 is a Question block-ian.

Anyway, enemies in shoes? This is one of the weirdest ideas you got - I wonder what happens if Mario wears them.

Well we already know that giant shoes let Mario ground-pound, but it's hard to tell how many of these Mario can even wear, let alone have a different mechanic.

Maybe I should say "random garbled letters" instead. If that is asdfghjk, that would be "QWERTY keyboard-based garbled letters". If that is longer than that and the comments are similar to Ian's, then that would be a LooneyTunerIan dupe.

If Ian would say "Can you make SMB3 or SMW?" then asdfghjk was once nicknamed "Captain Obvious" because he said things like "HylianDev deleted Spoopy Maryo". Now we should tell TheTwelfthRocket to use the Scientific Method for determining a LooneyTunerIan dupe...

EDIT: From reading the article, asdfghjk has similar attributes to Ian. I believe the former doesn't join MFGG anymore probably due to frustration, and the latter is putting up immature moments and vandalism twists to the MFGG forums and the wiki, respectively. Makes more sense, right?

I have an idea: Lakitu's shoe would make Mario fly, like in SMBX! The red shoes would be Podoboo's Shoe, it is fireproof and lets Mario walk on lava. BUT he will still take damage from fireballs. If we have pipe shoes, then it can deflect some projectiles (like the Rocky Wrench's wrench) and make the bro who wears it resistant to fireballs. If a projectile hits the top of the pipe or an enemy collides with it, the bro would lose the Pipe Shoe!

nah

ian used to put immature moments and vandalism to the mfgg forums and the wiki. i know this because i presencied those moments. if anything, he's still active on VGResource (his last thread was about his rep though, so uh)

and asdfghjk is still here, though he doesn't steal sprites and makes dumb threads on the forums anymore. he's more focused on making requests the mainsite now. in fact, he is the one who makes reregs with garbled usernames, not ian.

while we're at it

Let this article be a lesson to anyone out there spamming demanding "requests" on this site or TSR.

Also, I'd just like to point out that Ian's DeviantArt journal entry, entitled "No More Sprite Ripping For Me *UPDATE*", is a very hilarious read, if only because he's still completely delusional and acting like he did nothing wrong. If you need a link, his DeviantArt page is linked in the Wiki article, and the journal entry isn't that hard to find (it has a rainbow LooneyTunes background).

@Somari64 And this is why I don't spam requests on MFGG. I just do extended tilesets and appreciate other peoples' work.

Now is it time to get back on topic Somari? XD
