General Commentary and Game Overview

Mario Learns about Text is a text document in a compressed file. It is apparently a text thing that is supposed to look like Mario. Uh, that's it. I can't really go into much more detail.

Pros	+ Can make you chuckle if you have a relatively bad sense of humor.
Cons	- Not a real game - No music - No gameplay

Impressions

Gameplay 1 / 10	Well, there is no gameplay. All you do is look at a text document and then... that's it. In fact, at least from what I see, this text doesn't even resemble Mario. The thumbnail is lying.
Graphics 1 / 10	Well, the graphics are really the only thing that exists in this game. You can 'read' a bunch of letters and that's it really. Like said above, it doesn't even resemble Mario.
Sound 1 / 10	Hah. Point is, there is no sound. You can't put sound in Text Documents, anyway.
Replay 1 / 10	I would never play this game again. I deleted it from my computer instantly. Seriously, there's no variety or anything.

Final Words

I'm sure this is a joke game. Some joke games can be a rather funny, but this was a flat-out failure. It's not even a game.

The "game" is funny by virtue of how audacious it is. Even the most inept game designers knows that they ought to submit an executable. Submitting a text file in place of an executable is something no sane person would ever do--it goes beyond ineptitude into a new and bizarre world of audacious ludicrousness. And now it isn't funny anymore because I had to explain the joke to someone who didn't get it.

It's because there IS no joke. It's just a stupid text document with no point. Not trying to be a jerk, but everybody who thinks this is funny has a pretty disappointing sense of humor.
