General Commentary and Game Overview
This is going to be a SHORT review. Possibly even shorter than the one for Mario Tails.
Anyway, review shenanigans start now!

Here's the commentary and overview stuff:

So I decided to try this game, for two main reasons; it was made by my man Ultramario, and I like making reviews, whether it be a crappy or stupendous game. When I saw it said 'Superstar Platformer' I thought this was gonna be somewhat of an adventure, but...It literally was a platformer. 'What would a platform game be without platforms?' -Bubsy

But seriously, it literally is a platformer...
Before anybody says I'm a stupid, pathetic idiot, I'm gonna try to type this as nice as I can. I have very high respect for the admins, moderators, staff, and all high ranked people on this site. (And other members, just highly ranked people in particular) Well, just read on to see my opinions and other jazz.

Pros +Not the worst game ever created in the existence of the universe.

Cons -Boring...
-One sound track.
-Everything, I guess you could say.

It's so bland. Nothing really to say about it, control wise. You start out on this "BEAUTIFUL" menu that literally just has a gray background and Mario and Luigi dancing. Really. And there's just regular, plain old black text telling you what to press to start a game. It doesn't tell you the controls of course, but at least it says that. So then, your instantly dropped on to the course, enemies running around. Nothing exciting. Basically just run around causing mass murder-no I'm just kidding, ha. Basically you just run around jumping on the enemies and defeating them, and...That's it. You have a limited amount of health, and when you die, that's it. It's over. If you're in the co-op mode, Mario falls to the ground and Luigi is in play. That's it. Nothing really more to say. Let's go to the graphics now...

...They work I guess. Nothing new at all, though. Just the same old Mario & Luigi style. That style is probably used even more than the Super Mario World style on this site. And that's it. Nothing more to say, really...Next is sound...

Sound

Ugh. Blegh. It makes me kinda sick just thinking about it. It's just one music track. Disappointing. And out of all the music that could've been chosen, it was the battle theme from Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. Yup. The entire time that song just played. And at the start I was trying to get sound working, so I turned up the volume ALL the way. I'm sure you can imagine what happened next: yup, I finally plugged in the right stuff and full 100% volume blasts my eardrums. I guess you could say 'I got an earful!' *fake audience laugh*
But seriously speaking here now guys, the rest of the sound was just random Mario and Luigi stuff. Luigi was the main problem, you see. Every single time you jumped, he either goes 'YAHA!' Or some other sound, but man, it's pretty annoying, I tell ya. And it doesn't stop there, oh, no...The same is with Mario. He's not nearly as worse, but...Yeah...On to the replay now.

Maybe this would've been a really good game in like 2012, where you could play it with your friends or whatever, but it's really just not good by today's standards. Replay is pretty bad in this game.

Final Words

...Not meaning to offend you of course, Ultramario, but this game really doesn't do so well in 2015. It just doesn't exactly work. It is one of your older games, but it just...Well, I don't think many people would enjoy this.
