General Commentary and Game Overview
Very nice concept, you got here, Guinea. It's really good for a demo, and it has got some serious potential, but you still need to fix up a lot of things in order to make the full version of this amazing.

Pros + Original concept
+ Very well programmed
+ Nice choice of music
+ It's made by Guinea

Cons - Graphics (but you're going to change those anyway)
- Controls
- Heat gimmick

Impressions
Gameplay
9 / 10
It's free of any glitches and/or bugs, and it just works well. The concept is original and I really like it. The controls with A, S, D and the mouse work well too, but... Space to jump? Oh, come on, you can't be serious. I break my hand with those controls. Why don't you make jump W? As I know you, you're going to make customizable controls anyway (or have you already?), but still - change it please. Other than that, there's nothing I've got to complain about... except the heat gimmick. As I already told you on MSN, you might want to use panser and flurries and stuff to control the heat (you said you were going to use enemies too, anyway). But it really doesn't work well like that. When I notice the pot overboiling, it's most likely too late already. Especially on Level 10. It even caused me to spoil my soup on that level :( All in all, I give you a 9/10.

Graphics
5 / 10
I won't really comment on them, as you're going to change them anyway (at least most of them), because I make the tiles for you, right? As for now, it's 5/10.

Sound
10 / 10
Very nice choice of music. I love those tracks from Game & Watch Gallery 4, just as much as I love the game "Chef" itself. Nostalgia says it wants a 10/10.

Replay
7 / 10
Replay value? This demo doesn't offer much, but I'm sure the full version will contain enough diversity to make you want to play this game over and over again.

Final Words
8 / 10
Another masterpiece by Guinea in an early stage of development. Right now, it doesn't offer much, but I'm very certain the full version will be amazingly awesome because I'll make the graphi- eh... I mean, because this has got some serious potential and Guinea knows to use it. Just see for yourself by downloading this wonderful demo.
