General Commentary and Game Overview
This review is of my opinion. Please do not take the contents personal.

There are only a small handful of games that make me angry and this is one of them. It's not much of the contents itself,it's more like, the Author wanted to get this uploaded as quickly as possible without play-testing much of it. After all, it's crappy nature isn't worth play-testing is it? Wrong.
Let's take a look at this game.
This isn't the worst game, but holy crap it's not good either.

Pros Hardly any.
At least the movement was somewhat decent.

Cons -No music.
-Awful hack-and slash linearity. If this had nothing to do with the sport, then why wasn't the Mario bros' trademark jump to kill enemies included in this platformer?
-Not even worthy for a joke game. It's just there.
--too much to state: Lack of effort(from what I feel after playing this), just another game to add to your "submission count."

Impressions
Gameplay
3 / 10
I don't know where to begin with this one. It wanted to be a promising title --you know, appeal to the audience with it's Microsoft paint drawn graphics, deathly bland backgrounds, luscious titles, simplistic gameplay --and much more :( Unfortunately, this joke is getting old. It's not funny. It's not even good. This isn't the worst game though, so my rage is calm. But wow. When I played this, I felt like the author started this as a side-project just to increase his submission count. Now this is normal. Some joke games don't appeal to everyone. Someone said this reminded him of Redemption. But Redemption had more heart into it than this. This game just killed me. Now, as I look through the author's games, I noticed a pattern of oddness. But that isn't going to excuse this one.
---Ok, now that that's over, let's move on:

Gameplay was simple. Hack and slash to the end of the level while praying that the game doesn't hate you enough to give you a gameover which means: you're forced to Alt-F4 or else, you're be stuck in a gameover loop. REALLY NOW? WAS this really play-tested? Fullscreen is a bad idea which sucks judging by the small size of the default screen. Fortunately, it can be adjusted. Though it would be nice to simply hit the fullscreen button and enjoy it that way. Why even bother with enabling the fullscreen then? Come on, XD?
-Once you get to the end of the level, you go to the next. No offense but this game was just horribly boring. You could simply stand there and spam the control button while enemies continued to move toward you after the knock-back. I got game-over at level 3. But between levels 1-3 -- nothing interesting happened.
- Lack of powerups. Sure, you could argue that power-ups aren't a requirement in games. WELL IN A GAME, where you only have 3 or less hearts to go by before starting the WHOLE GAME OVER from the beginning (with no way to refresh them) there probably should've been at least one. I didn't ding the author on this one --but rather let it be done that not even casual gamers like some of my friends would enjoy this because of the system alone.

Graphics
2 / 10
Ugh.. This joke is getting old. Seriously. They were not good. Not even funny. I could rant on and on about this and even this game's graphical intention but it doesn't work for this one.

Sound
1 / 10
What sound? I'm not sure if the author believes in music in games, but it's usually there to improve a level's scenery. Didn't exactly have that luxury in this one. Sound effects can't make a game alone --no matter how simplistic.

Replay
1 / 10
This game wasn't designed to be re-playable. Dying and restarting a boring game from the beginning --what were you thinking, man?

Final Words
4 / 10
I think this game tried to be funny but the joke's old. Play this at your own risk. 4/10.

This wasn't a joke game, it was made for a Game Boy Color minigame competition.

But I agree with most of your opinion here.
