General Commentary and Game Overview

Sorry Ultramario, but I didn't like this game at all...

Pros	+ Waaaaaaa... + Tries to be unique. + Looks nice.
Cons	- Poor level design. - Unpolished interface. - Bad sounding MIDI music. - Physics are not that great.

Impressions

Gameplay 4 / 10	The game play similar to Super Mario Bros. 1, except the character is Waluigi, blocks are bigger and enemies are different. When Waluigi gets hammer, he grows. But the hammer is actually really overpowered. You can break bricks, hit ? blocks, and squish enemies. But also you can charge it and create destroy all blocks near you. But when you compare Hammer Waluigi to Small Waluigi, small Waluigi feels too underpowered. Physics are kind of weird. At the first, they don't feel that wrong but when you play the game, it causes some cheap death and hits. And I never could get used to them. This kind of ruins the game too, since controls are a very important part of a game. And there are more problems, the level design. There are waay too many invisible blocks and generally placement of blocks is weird. Also, blocks are placed too close to the ground and because of that hitting enemies is much easier. I mean Mildes, because 90% of enemies are Mildes. And they get boring after some time. Oh, I almost forgot, there are some gimmicks but they are not the most unique ones. At least better than nothing... But with combination of these problems, the game doesn't become too much fun.
Graphics 7 / 10	Everything looks nice, blocks, backgrounds, Waluigi etc. However, there are nothing special in the graphics. However, some graphics look out of place, like piranha plant and pipes. And coins' rotation are kind of broken. I also didn't like how the main menu and life screen looks. The main menu is not too bad but with todays standards it looks weak. The logo and fonts are not good looking as well. But there are some nice weather effects. So yeah consider this 6.5, instead of 7.
Sound 3 / 10	Music sounds bad. For MIDIs, they are nice. But they are MIDIs. And since Windows' MIDI instruments are terrible, its hard to enjoy the music. Sounds are okay. They are just typical sounds. But Waluigi's voice is really nice.
Replay 4 / 10	There are collectibles like piranha plants but they are just there. Nothing counts them (Or I didn't notice) and they are always in invisible blocks. But the game is actually replayable. Kind of.

Final Words

If you're a Waluigi fan, click that download button and give this game a chance. But if you're not, I can't really suggest this game.
