General Commentary and Game Overview
This review is my personal opinion. Please do not take it personal.

This game was hilarious. But some of its mechanics were so annoying that it just ruined the game-play. I played as far as I can until finally was like, screw it. I'll Google the ending of this.

Pros - humorous
- A story set in its own version of Mario
- humorous
- most of it's programmed good

Cons - Unfairness in some of the level designed
- too many blind jumps. To the point where it's very tiresome. And I do not find it funny restarting a level because of it.
- Bad rope mechanics.

Impressions
Gameplay
4 / 10
I'm not sure if the 10/10 from the other players was a joke or not, but here comes an honest opinion. I enjoyed the game but like any other game, I am going ding what made this sometimes unplayable or just brutally annoying. There are many other ways to make people laugh rather than just bad level design. Your storyline alone was funny. But when it got into gameplay, my smiles turn into a frown. I find myself just wanting to get through the level, read the signs and NPCs, just so I can get past the awful level design. Everything was funny but the level design. And I'm not talking about graphically. I know the joke. But damn. Can I beat the game?
Your rope mechanics were god awful. Be prepared to make a tricky jump while quickly letting go of the jump button. O__O Rope mechanics in other games worked fine? Why you gotta be different xD? Don't flash a hate on me, just an honest opinion. Not saying the guys above me weren't but a 10/10 ignoring the flaws?
I played the first LNM. This was like an HD remake and I was laughing all the way through. Until I stopped on the Return Warp Zone. Couldn't take the blind jumps anymore nor the poor level design. I'll have to either watch the rest of the game on youtube or try again later. ///

Graphics
7 / 10
Hand drawn graphics, what can you say? Like I said above, this looked like an HD remake of the first which I believe only had a single level?

Sound
9 / 10
Sound was good. Really nothing to say about this. Liked the boss music. It's familiar.

Replay
2 / 10
Yeah.. No. Sorry man, like many others, this is a 1 time only deal than boom, forgot about it. I don't want to beat a dead horse about the reason for this.

Final Words
6 / 10
It's hilarious. Had me laughing. Yes, a game that is actually funny but blind jumps and bad level design ruined it for me - even making it so far. Regardless, I still recommend it.

I'm currently stuck on the final boss. Not going to update the review as I still feel the same.

I would like to personally apologize for the rope mechanics, which seem to be troublesome for about half of the people who play the game - apparently different keyboards handle them differently. On some, it's really easy to accidentally jump off immediately after landing on one, whereas on mine, you were locked on until you held a direction and pressed the jump button. I'm not entirely sure why this is, but it hurt the experience for a lot of people, so I definitely regret not fixing it.

Appreciate the honesty though! Knowing what I know now there are plenty of things about LNM3 I'd change, but I'm glad you still played through to the end and enjoyed the writing. I did my best to make it as good a finish to the series as I could, so if it was good enough for you to finish, that's all I can really ask for.

No prob. I may sound a bit harsh in the review, but overall, this game was still good and I couldn't leave it alone until I beat it. This is probably the only game that actually made me laugh from actual humor.
