General Commentary and Game Overview
Luigi - Insanity is a 2D 16-bit Luigi's Mansion styled game... I guess that's it?

Pros + Scary, but not overly scary
+ Simple and easy to understand gameplay

Cons - Rather short
- Some glitches (Such as when the phantom chases you and his hit by the light. If you want past the light afterwards you fall through the floor)

Impressions
Gameplay
6 / 10
The game-play is okay, but it gets kind of boring. All you really do is walk up to stuff and press 'up'. That's it really. Not to mention a few glitches that don't look hard to find nor fix. Gameplay is the worst party of the game and sadly, gameplay is the biggest part of all games.

Graphics
9 / 10
The graphics are very good. They don't clash at all, the animations are smooth, the tileset is detailed. Nothing wrong with using other's graphics, but custom graphics would've given it a 10/10.

Sound
10 / 10
I don't see a thing wrong with the sounds. Sure they aren't custom, but we all know how hard it is to create custom music. In fact, I rarely see games that don't have reused sounds and music. But the music fits the mood perfectly.

Replay
7 / 10
I guess the shortness and the 'not to scary' factors add to replay. But everytime you play it, nothing different is going to happen unless you missed something to inspect. I wouldn't mind playing it again though.

Final Words
8 / 10
A short horror game for even though who don't like horror games.
