General Commentary and Game Overview
Well...

Pros + 10 years of fangaming? Wow...
+ It's fun, I guess
+ Looks fine
+ Music are okay
+ Discs

Cons - Just a Hello Clone.
- Too generic.
- This game is a giant advertisement.
- 90% of Toads talk about Hello's fangames which is annoying. Even some (most of) Toads talk about how good Hello's games are, which is really egotistical.
- "Oh no!"
- Collecting discs starts to feel pointless quickly because they have information about Hello's games, but all Toads already talk about them.
- Lighting effects are not necessary at all.

Gameplay
4 / 10
This game plays exactly like a typical Hello clone. You have a map and you go to levels. These levels are from Hello's old games but I only recognized half of them. The level design seems great, and unlike Dynamo they are fun to play. But I didn't like how there is only 1 power-up.

Each level has one disc. These disc have information about Hello's games and at the first it feels like collecting these are rewarding. But when you realize this game is a giant Hello commericial, it stops feeling rewarding. And yeah, there are towns. These towns have Toads and simple puzzles, which give you discs. Most of the toads on these towns talk about how good and easy to use is Hello Engine. Even some of them say stuff like

"You only need to download GameMaker: Studio and Hello Mario Engine to make your own Mario Fangame."

Seriously? SERIOUSLY? I don't really know what Hello is trying to do, I guess that's the plan of his revenge. Yeah, he encourages people to make bad Hello Clones and wants to fill MFGG with them because MFGG did not like his games. Yeah, everything makes sense now, this game is actually a part of Hello's revenge from MFGG! What if Hello is a robot developed by Nintendo? What if Nintendo wants to kill MFGG with brainwashing people and forcing them to make Hello Clones and submit them to MFGG? Okay that actually sounds stupid.

But you know what's the main problem? The lack of originality. The game is really generic. You start the game, you choose a level from a map and that's all. Also there are no story and no ending, while it's not a terrible thing it makes the game even more unoriginal. I'm sorry Hello.

Graphics
6 / 10
Graphics look nice. I liked retextured SMW ground tiles and decorations. Goombas and Monty Moles look nice too. But other enemies? No. They don't look unique or anything like that. The backgrounds are okay and the lighting effect is a bit annoying but not too horrible. And we still have SMBA4 Mario which is REALLY overused.

Sound
6 / 10
Hello's games usually had good music. However I didn't really like some tracks in this game, especially the underground one. At the first, I thought it was a Mario rap song. It's not but with lyrics it can be. And sounds are just typical stuff.

And voices...
