Something about the shading makes it look like a high quality sprite more than 3D model scans. :p

But what prevents me from using this is the same issue from your last sheet: lack of frames. :( I can't use 4-frame animations on a game full of smooth animating models...

I know, but I cut these out of a video though, The animating was so fast in the video, even when I slowed it down to 0.25, I tried catching as much frames as possible, but the only way to legitimately get a lot of frames is to download the video itself, and red screen all 1000+ frames from the video, which would take days and days to do, but the video has a big blurry screen, I had to shrink my browser so I can even red screen it.

for my first sheets, I had no excuse but laziness for the lack of frames, but for this one, I do have an excuse, however, If I had a 3Ds emulator(someone please make a linux 3Ds emulator), I could actually catch the frames easier and not have to deal with low quality youtube video crud, or better yet, If someone would just rip Larry Koopa and his animation files from New Super Mario Bros 2 in a blender file version, I could get all those frames.

but for my other sheet, I may actually plan on adding more frame animations because of the criticism it got, I just don't know what to make for some more frames though, I need suggestions maybe

The animations look okay to me I guess, I tested them here - https://drive.google.com/open?id=0Bzebmq1lTBScTTBadmNQMUtJWFU

The taunt animation looks just fine, but the jumping frames seem to be out of order, even if reversed. The main problem with them is that the wand switches hands so you'd have to either use a different video or do some editing work. And lastly, drop the white effect from using the wand and instead make it a separate sprite.

Did a colour reduction test, it works if you're going for more of a SNES/GBA prerendered look: http://i.imgur.com/Z4cfnYj.png

These are a huge improvement over the previous ones though, so don't give up.

I have a capture board on my 3DS so I might be able to help in some way.

I just favourited the sprites on Imgur
also, that capture board of yours just might help, literally the most high quality youtube video I found of the Larry fight and the one I got the sprites from, is here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7RWK3tIVT_s, and the browser has to be shrunk down to size in order to get it to look all right

The image is in very poor quality/blurry, can you reupload it?

That's hilarious to look back to seeing as I ended up being the one to rip Larry's model and all his animations from NSMB2 and render each and every single one of them to create frames for a sprite sheet full completely of smoothly animated model animations! https://mfgg.net/index.php?act...=1&id=38203 (I hope I get the time to do this for the other Koopalings too) It will probably be time consuming, but doing one with Citra may not really be a bad idea also, lol, although I probably won't, hahah!
