General Commentary and Game Overview
Well I just decided to download this game as I wanted to try out a fangame tonight. Played through all of it. It's a good game, although it feels very "my first game"-like at times. However, music, sound, and animation are definitely the icing on the cake to this game. It's worth a download.

Pros -Nice music
-Good animations
-Nifty sounds
-Very pick-up-and-play like

Cons -No pause screen
-Clashing graphics
-Lack of gameplay
-No way of resizing window

Impressions
Gameplay
6 / 10
Jumping stands out for its difficulty, it's hard to hit enemies at times. One difficult star to reach on 2-1, it wasn't a good idea, more annoying than anything. No pause screen. Good programming for enemies. Neat environments and special enemies. Very pick-up-and-play friendly.

Graphics
7 / 10
Clashing graphics. I especially mean using GBA sprites on SNES tiles. I'd say go for GBA tiles and backgrounds.
Weird background on 2-2, makes the sprites' anti-aliasing look bad.
Animations are very good, character sprites look nice.

Sound
9 / 10
I particularly enjoy Mario's winning exclamation, "I'm a superstar". The music is good, I especially enjoy the overworld world 2 music.

Replay
7 / 10
No reward for killing enemies. No secret levels. However, the music choices, animation and pick-up-and-play nature makes it worth checking out again.

Final Words
7 / 10
Worth the time spent, very user-friendly. I enjoyed the music and although the gameplay is a little weak, I had fun. Check this out!
