Super Wario 4Tune *FULL GAME*
preview
By: WwwWario [W]
My 4th game in my Super Wario fan game series, finished :) Thanks to NiteShadow for helping me a lot with bug fixing, and Kjellm87 for the artwork for the Title Screen.

Throughout the making of this game, there have been several problems. Not all of them has been fixed, since they apparently lie in the engine itself. But many of them have been fixed, but if you still experience crashing or lagging, I'm very sorry :\

If you don't know, these are the games in my series:

1. Super Wario 10

2. Super Wario & The Ghost Ship

3. Super Wario & The Hunt of the Frozen Treasure

4. Super Wario 4Tune

If you want to, you can also check out my not-so-professional webpage at:

wwwwario.wix.com/superwario

Here you'll find the list of my games, news etc. if you are interrested :P

Hope you enjoy it! :) Please read the included instruction file for a changelog from Demo 2 and a quick instruction for the game.

I have plans for my 5th one, but first I'll practice making better graphics, and also to built up an engine better.

Enjoy! :)

Thanks mate :)I thought that, even though how... "broken" or bad the game may be, I decided that I'll upload it, y'know, to have it here so it feels finished :) I think that I will update this submission later on with some "final touches", after some more feedback :P

over I like it especially the gameplay, as far as the graphic goes, um maby they can improve. for example a lot of your sprites seem to have many different types of style. The enimies are nice and cartoony but the grass is very gritty therefore makeing it somewhat unappelaing to the eye. also it seems like for many of the sprites you are experimenting with the graphics. My advice is that you find a style you like, get use to it, and use it. My personal opinion is that the cartoon one looks the best because that the style I like to use because it is simple yet looks great. I mean you pretty much need to have a thick outline, and a dark shading. Aslo take inspiration from the games graphics you like that will help you a lot. Anyway I hope this helps you for your next project, and I am glad you finished this one, great job by the way. Keep up the good work. ; )

I would like to help with the sprites in your next game, I am really good with that stuff.Oh,and made I make a suggestion on what engine to use I think the fast loop jumping engine will make thing alot more smooth and you can add on the dash attack thing to it or whatever you had in mind.

Thanks :) Yeah, I've heard a lot about these fast loops, but I've never really understood them (probably because I haven't used them much). I'll take a look into that. My first prioroty in my next game will be a smooth and solid engine, and then the graphics, and then level design and all of that later :D

All I can say is,keep it up! ^^ I know I commented already, but what ever,I slipped past the army and got in anyhow. So yeah, best of luck to you, never give up,and always push for more! Nobody's perfect so don't aim to be,just aim to be the best that you know full well that you can be even if or when others say different. ^.^woo

Wario refers to some "thing" on the head of the Golden Golem he's supposed to dash into. But I'm only seeing a pair of rock arms, no head. It attacks by either chucking a large grey rock which must be avoided, sending a wave along the ground which must be leapt over, or developing a purple aura for about one second- a noise plays, but nothing else happens. Are you sure this game is finished?

Hmm.... that was weird. For some reason, MMF applications seem to make some objects disappear/become invissible. Normally, there should be a head and a full body of the golem, along with the two arms :\ Try to close the game and load it back up and see if it happens again. Something similar happened to me one time, but then it was the golem's right arm that was gone, not its body :\

I can't get past the 1st area because whenever i get the key, it blocks the previous path and opens up another path which is a room that leads me to nothing and i can't escape.

It just counts down the timer to my death, resulting in me losing all the coins and the key that i need to progress to the boss area.

Um, you're right that the previous path is blocked and a new one opens, but in that "dead end", there should be a door... Hm.... Are you sure you didn't see a door there? If you are, then try to close the game and open it again to see if it appears. It's probably one of MFGG's annoying bugs, where objects disappear for no reason.
