Very nice! It looks great. Only thing is that it looks too flat and dull compared to most official tilesets. But, you're allowed to make a custom style.

Rating: 7 1-UPs out of 10.

I-I'm speechless. Well, for the tiles anyway. Since this is a site of constructive criticism, I will say the powerups could use a bit more shading.

Yes, it's very detailed! It's nice to know people still remember the classic 8- and 16-bit styles and being able to somewhat expand upon them, and you, sir, or ma'am, have done just that!

The graphics themselves look very nice in my opinion. Was the dull style intended? If not I say you should brighten up the palettes a bit.

My favorite part of this sheet is the brick-block, as the flash effect is so well-done. Nice job!

Try more emphasis on the shading for the powerups. For example, use very light and very dark red on the super mushroom so it stands out more.

Dazzle, you need a greater contrast difference in the sprites and tiles of the sheet.
Mario sprites & backgrounds are supposed to be Bright and Bouncy, not dull. I'd suggest working with the palette more.
