The top row are for the life icon (E.g. image x 4), as is the top star icon for the star count (E.g. star x 150)

Hold on. Correct me if I'm wrong. But when I uploaded a rip of NSMB they said it was already done and on the site. Then why in the world did this got accepeted while it already has been done HERE: http://www.mfgg.net/index.php?...=1&id=12529 Explain me that, please..

The caps that others wear (ie. Mario in Wario hat) are palette swaps.
