You know, I'm hearing about a lot of people having weird problems with this game that I've never experienced, myself. I can't imagine why it wouldn't load. Does it give you an error message when you attempt to open the game?

Yeah, I suspect that might be the problem. I've submitted an updated version that includes the .dll files.

Yeah, that was the problem to start it up, but when in a level even more problems occured... :-( For some reason, a piece of sound Mario made was repeated over and over again, making the game go REAL slow. If you don't understand what I mean, I'll give an example. In the game, I jumped and shot a fireball, but those sounds looped and looped over and over again... is it my computer which is the problem or is it something else.

Level 2 will crash in some computers and sprites will go funny colored and disappear occasionally. The little thing in the beginning also flickers.

When it is still in the WinRAR thing it doesn't.

That doesn't make any sense. :| I have no idea why everybody is having odd problems with it.

You know, Jeff, you already had an SME3 demo on the site. You could have just updated that submission rather than submitting a whole new one. ;P

Since this one is so different, I felt it would make more sense to upload it as a separate file, otherwise the reviews and comments on the older file would become irrelevant.

This game is so beautiful but, I found one glitch when you pickup a shy guy you get trapped in your pulling animation mid air...does the pulling objecthave any gravity?

It's the same object, just a different animation.

And if you'd read the help file like you should before playing ;) you'd see that pressing Q usually fixes the problem.

What I mean is that sprites flicker and the game suddenly crashes. It is very hard for me to describe but if the file is downloaded to WinRAR and then brought out of there and put into C: etc., the title screen flickers and level two crashes.

One question: How do I get out of a level when I beat it?

Past that, good job, GREAT JOB!

To answer the guys asking about releasing a public engine, no, probably not. I wouldn't want it to turn out like Ultramario's engine with a ton of cookie-cutter games being released with virtually no changes to the core gameplay.

Besides, nothing I do in this game is too difficult to figure out in MMF (especially if you're using the Platform Movement Extension).
